Service Rates

Regular hourly service rate;

1. Shop work – $89.00/hour
2. On – site work – $99.00 (Start – up, commissioning, inspection, etc.)
3. Travel time – $99.00/hour
4. Mileage – $.65/KM

Regular Working Day: is defined as a calendar day other than a Saturday, Sunday or statutory Holiday.

Regular Hours: are defined as the first eight (8) hours of time worked on any given day. Regular shop hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Labour Compensation

The compensation for the time worked shall be calculated in accordance with the following:

1. Regular work hours on a regular work day will be compensated at the applicable hourly rate.
2. All time worked in excess of regular work hours on a regular work day will be compensated at one and one half times (1.5) the applicable hourly rate.
3. All time worked on a Saturday or Sunday for regular work hours will be compensated at one and one half times (1.5) the applicable hourly rate.
4. All time worked on a statutory holiday observed by the province of Alberta in Canada will be compensated at two (2) the applicable hourly rate.

Travel & Living Costs

The purchaser shall reimburse Titan Controls Inc, for all travel and living costs reasonably and properly incurred by Titan Controls Inc, and its personnel. The charges incurred will be billed to and payable by the purchaser.

Where agreed in writing, the purchaser can provide lodging and meals (Site camp) for Titan Controls Inc, personnel, which will negate charges for living costs, other than where required during travel.

Service Requirements

1. When working at the job site specified by the purchaser, the purchaser will provide Titan Controls Inc, personnel adequate safety and security.
2. All time required to travel shall be compensated
3. All standby time incurred, travel related or otherwise, while at the job site designated by the purchaser shall be compensated in accordance with the above labour Compensation.

Titan Controls Inc, requires a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number in order to return equipment. Please contact the service department at Titan Controls Inc, (403) 386-6642 regarding equipment issues and if required an RMA number will be assigned for equipment to be returned for service.
